A Family Legacy
Three generations in title & real estate.
The Bell family's roots in title and real estate run three generations deep. Their grandfather, William Bell, was a respected real estate attorney who founded Bell Title Services in Michigan — an independent agency that remains in operation today. Their father, Wyatt Bell, launched Landtech Data Corporation, an innovative title closing software platform still used by thousands of title companies nationwide.
Justin Bell
Co-Founder
Justin began his career in the title industry in 2004, founding JD Land Title and later Fisherman's Title. Over two decades he developed deep operational expertise and a strong reputation for delivering reliable closing services.
Benjamin Bell
Co-Founder
Benjamin entered the industry in 2010, leading sales and marketing efforts for Landtech before launching multiple title agencies starting in 2017 — with a focus on growth, client relationships, and scalable operations.
In 2022, the Bell brothers combined their experience and vision to form Bell Land Title. Today, the company operates multiple offices across Florida and Tennessee, works with seven national underwriters, and performs hundreds of closings each month — delivering a modern, service-driven approach backed by decades of industry knowledge and innovation.
